Our warehouse is based in Europe and provided you place your order with a delivery address within the EU ( UK , France , Spain , Germany , Italy .. I need to change or cancel my order, what should I do?
If you open a support ticket before we have shipped your order then we will refund your card and confirm that your order has been cancelled.
If your order has already left our warehouse, then you will need to return the order to us together with a returns authorisation form. You will obtain a returns authorisation number from us via email when you open a support ticket.
Upon receipt of the unopened goods, we will issue a full refund to your card.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit / debit card. PayPal allows us to accept additional cards that we cannot accept with WorldPay. In the past, users were required to set up an account with PayPal in order to pay that way. That is no longer the case. How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer various shipping methods that differ in price. The standard shipping rate has an estimated delivery time of 5-10 days once it leaves our warehouses. We also offer express 2-5 days and Euro 48 (24-48 hours).

What if I receive defective goods?
We make every effort to ensure that the goods you receive will be in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a defective item, you should open a support ticket immediately regarding the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you and ask that you return the defective item to us together with a returns authorisation form, so that it may be investigated to find the root cause of the problem.
What if I don't want the goods I receive?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide whether the goods you have received are satisfactory. If for any reason you should wish to return the goods to us, you must do so in original condition and with a fully completed returns authorisation form.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will check to make sure they are re-sellable and then issue a full refund to your card.
Fast Track is an option that sends your order to the top of the pile. Your order will be processed through our warehouse and prepared for delivery ahead of other orders that enter the system that day.
Fast track does not include faster delivery, which is selected at the time of checkout and ranges from 5-10 days to 24-48 hours.
Does you store my personal details?
We store your shipping address and order information until your order is processed in our warehouse. We then maintain this information for a period of 30 days, which is the time we allow for customers to return their items to us for a refund. Following this period, the order details are removed from the system and an archive copy is held by our financial department for accounting purposes.
Your card details ARE NEVER STORED on our systems. They are handled by WorldPay or PayPal and used for the payment of your order only. We never see the card details and they are never physically stored on our systems.
Should you place your order by phone, your card details are destroyed immediately once the transaction is authorised.
How do I know if the battery is in stock?
All of our batteries are in stock unless indicated otherwise by red lettering indicating the expected delivery time.
Do you offer wholesale or volume discounts?
We offer discounts on higher volume orders for retailers and consumers ordering 10 or more batteries. Wholesalers ordering 50 or more batteries qualify for higher savings.
I did not receive an email confirmation, did you get my order?
Occasionally the email confirmation we send out is blocked by anti-spam software or is simply lost in cyberspace. Rest assured that if you see your order as processed on the screen, then your order has been completed successfully. If this is the case and you have not received an email within 24 hours of placing the order, please open a support ticket and we will happily provide you with a copy of the email confirmation.
Can I get a VAT receipt for a registered business?
Certainly. Once you receive your order and are happy with it, please open a support ticket with the order number and the business' registered VAT number and name and we will provide a .pdf copy of the VAT receipt by return email.
My camera is not listed, but the battery it uses is. Will it be compatible?
Although we try to keep up with the latest models of cameras that are compatible with the batteries we offer, there may be times when a camera escapes our attention. If the make and model of the battery we offer matches that of the original battery that came with your camera, then it is more than likely that the battery will work in your camera.
Remember that you can always order and if the battery turns out to be incompatible, you have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund.
